Builders Waste

Builder Waste Skip Bins AdelaideIf you are a commercial customer looking for a reliable, experienced and competitively priced waste removal company, then AOT Skip Bins is here to help. Whether you are a renovator, plumber, fencer, roof restorer, builder or landscaper, AOT can cater to the needs of you, your clients, jobs and business. The builders bin was put together with all of you in mind!

We know how frustrating it can be when you need a quick bin change over, or the delivery driver is running late and you have a team working on a tight deadline and budget. Time is money of course, and AOT realise that our service to you needs to be reliable, punctual and of course competitively priced. We pride ourselves on having friendly, helpful staff that are willing to go above and beyond, and an understanding of what it is like as business owners ourselves.

There is quite a bit of flexibility in what you can place in a builder’s skip bin, concrete, pavers, roof tiles, brick, general waste, steel & metal and floor tiles are all acceptable. We do advise you cannot place asbestos or liquid waste, including wet paint tins.

AOT Skip Bins range from 2m right through to 9m. For large jobs we often find the 6m or 9m is the most popular, as it allows you to get a substantial amount of waste in the one bin. One a small building or renovation site, you may consider having the 4m bin instead. In a small front yard, the 6m and 9m bins may be too long. We would rather do quick turnovers of smaller bins and cater for the size of your job, rather than you be worried about the length of the larger bins.

Remember when ordering the bin; please inform the staff of where you would like the bin to be placed. Some things to take into consideration are obviously tight access driveways with the truck, potential sewer placement and scaffolding. You wouldn’t be the first to build scaffolding around a bin, only to have to take it down to get the bin out. If you need to place the bin on council land AOT Skip Bins can help you with this. Councils have strict regulations as to where a skip bin can be placed. It is the responsibility of the customer to seek a council permit for the placement of a skip bin on public land, the road or a nature strip prior to booking the bin. In many instances we can find another option for bin placement if council permits cannot be obtained. If you need help in obtaining a council permit, please contact AOT Skip Bins prior to your delivery date, and they can help you to arrange this.

As a commercial customer AOT Skip Bins is happy to negotiate terms of hire and also price. Please call 1300 30 12 64 and discuss your specific job needs with us.

When placing an order, please remember to inform us if you won’t be on the site at the time of delivery, where the bin best needs to be placed and the phone number of the site co-ordinator (so we have another contact should you not be available).
