Mixed waste bins are suitable for so many different types of waste, general waste, green waste, concrete, pavers, bricks, clean fill, soil, clay and sand. As you can see, there is not much that you cannot put in a mixed waste bin. As a residential customer, this type of bin is suitable for your garden renovations, a kitchen or bathroom renovation or simply a spring clean inside or outside the house. AOT Skip Bins do ask that you do not include asbestos, paint tins with lids on and paint in them (empty tins that are open are suitable). For a small additional fee, AOT will take mattresses, tyres, computer monitors and televisions. We ask that you place them on top of your skip bin and notify us of the item at the time of the booking.
The size of the job you are doing, will dictate the size of the bin that you require. Most residential customers find the 4m3 bin is a good size for them, not too long for their driveway, but also big enough to accommodate a lot of waste materials. If you are unsure what size would best suit you and your house, you can have a look at the diagram below and see what the length, width and height is of AOT Skip Bins. Our experienced team can help you over the phone by simply calling 1300 30 12 64 and discussing your needs with one of our team members.
Weight restrictions do apply to mixed waste bins.
